I'm going to point out the following so no one just copy/pastes this to their client: At the end of "Due Dates" - The Client acknowledges the fact that he/she knows nothing about SEO and will keep his/her personal opinions to themselves. At the end of "Fees and Additional Services" - If the Client wishes to do nothing with the suggestions and changes offered but still expects his/her rankings to increase the Client accepts that he/she shall allow the Consultant to punch the Client in the throat. Heh, might want to take those to parts out :D I think people are not really reading this… I’m going to point out the following so no one just copy/pastes this to their client:

The PERMISSIONS AND RELEASES is good but typically indemnifications should be two way (e.g. We hold you harmless, you hold us harmless). Clients feel safer this way. Short and to the point.
